Meditation began at a young age resting in trees, stepping through streams, gathering rocks, chasing sunsets and gazing at the moon. This laid the groundwork to discover and develop my intuitive nature and work closely with the human body on an energetic, physical and emotional level. I believe meditation and yoga work synchronously as valuable tools for a happy and healthy life.
As a certified Integral Hatha Yoga instructor, interweaving the limbs of yoga becomes a natural practice of daily meditation blending a variety of styles and methods. I believe we align differently every day. Like the moon in its phases, our experiences are far from static. And akin to the branches of a willow, our patterns can shift by the very thoughts and intentions that sway around us.
Yoga is for every body and every ability. My approach is gentle and mindful. I find this offers a lasting positive effect on the integration of the mind, heart, body and breath. It is an honor to help guide those new or returning to meditation/yoga toward the many benefits woven into the practice fabric.
I teach authentically bringing forward what I know. Learning keeps us youthful and I choose to embrace those experiences with intention, wielding them into creative energy to focus practices around client need and interest. I believe in offering supportive space for clientele to consider the potential of discovery along their own illuminated path.
In Peace,
Lydia
